Reigning NCAA individual champion Aaron Wise (Oregon) is off to a hot start at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba.
He made a hole-in-one at the par-3 fourth hole, then proceeded to make eagle at the very next hole, the par-5 fifth when he hit the green in two and made the putt.

Wise, who doesn’t have status on the PGA Tour, played the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas last week by way of a sponsor’s exemption. His top-10 finish there earned him a spot into this week’s field at Mayakoba.
A strong finish here could go a long way toward earning the 20-year-old more starts on the PGA Tour.
