
It's been 108 years since Cubs fans got to celebrate a World Series title, and boy, did they – and the city – celebrate in style.
In addition to the millions who flooded the streets for the team's victory parade, the city decided to dye the city's famous river a beautiful “Cubs blue.”
The dye job isn't anything new, as the city dyes the river green for St. Patrick's Day annually. And thankfully, according to the Chicago Tribune, the dye used is environmentally friendly.
