Premier League picks: Predictions for every game this weekend like Chelsea/Spurs

Thanksgiving might be over, but that doesn't mean the feast is over with. This weekend boasts a number of tasty Premier League matchups, with a Saturday showdown between Chelsea and Tottenham tops on the menu for Matchday 13. Win, lose or draw, here's how we predict each and every Premier League game will shake out.

Manchester City have a golden opportunity to put themselves back atop the Premier League table on Saturday, at least for a few hours. City's are surprisingly in better form on the road than at home, and perhaps even more surprisingly: Yaya Toure is back in the picture. Will Pep Guardiola start him again? We'll see. Burnley are decent at home, with 13 of their 14 points coming at Turf Moor, but the Citizens will likely make quick work of the Clarets. A goal for Burnley isn't the worst consolation, though.

Prediction: Burnley 1-3 Manchester City

A few weeks ago, this match could have had the makings of a good ol' relegation six-pointer. Unfortunately for Hull, it's not a few weeks ago. Tony Pulis has West Brom rolling, with back-to-back wins against Leicester and Burnley. Hull, meanwhile, took a backbreaking loss against Sunderland last time out. The defense is a mess and is showing no sign of finding its footing. The Baggies aren't world-beaters, but they're in great form and Hull can't get out of their own way.

Prediction: Hull City 0-1 West Bromwich Albion

How long can the the mysterious saga of Leicester City continue? They're cruising in Europe but can't get their act together in the Premier League. The defending champs are two points from the drop zone, and deservedly so. Newly promoted Middlesbrough sit a point behind the Foxes and have proven to be a tough out all season. Boro have a knack for swiping a point on the road, losing just one road trip this season. On the flip side, Leicester have only lost one of their EPL matches at the King Power Stadium this season. Something's gotta give and a draw seems highly likely, but I'll give the nod to the home side in a tight one.

Prediction: Leicester 1-0 Middlesbrough

Here's a bad recipe if you're a Sunderland fan: The Black Cats have a penchant for conceding early, and Liverpool love to score. Coming off of a 0-0 draw against Southampton, the Reds will surely be eager to prove they're still one of the best offenses in the league. Sunderland will be confident with consecutive wins under their belt, but a trip to Anfield would make any team leery. Liverpool can't afford to drop points in a tight title race, especially against Sunderland. They'll be hungry to get back in the win column, and they will.

Prediction: Liverpool 3-1 Sunderland

Swansea are pretty sure bets for the drop, sitting in dead last and five points from safety. Still, a win would be a massive boost, even though they'd still be stuck in the relegation zone. Hosting Crystal Palace could be the best chance the Swans have to earn a win. Swansea took Everton to the brink last week but settled for a draw, while Palace haven't sniffed a result in five straight matches. With a bit of American bias, I think Bob Bradley finally gets an elusive Premier League victory, but in a slog at the Liberty Stadium.

Prediction: Swansea 1-0 Crystal Palace

The final match on Saturday is the weekend's highlight. Two title-contenders locking horns in a London derby? Yes, please. Spurs are coming off of a disappointing midweek fixture that saw them mathematically eliminated from the Champions League, but Mauricio Pochettino will be quick to switch his team's focus. Chelsea, without the distraction of European matches, have been the EPL's most in-form team since switching to their 3-4-3 formation. This match has all the ingredients for drama, and picking a result is a total coin flip. A draw in a match with these kinds of stakes seems anticlimactic. Chelsea have the edge on the injury front and the home-field advantage, so I'll tip them to edge their rivals. But the fortunes could easily fall in Spurs' favor.

Prediction: Chelsea 2-1 Tottenham

A true mid-table fight for two of the Premier League's scrappier teams, Watford and Stoke will clash on Sunday. Stoke have cooled off after a string of wins, earning a draw against West Ham and losing to Bournemouth last weekend. Watford bounced back from their Liverpool pasting with a quality win against the defending champs, Leicester. The Hornets' home record isn't great and Stoke have the quality to swipe points on the road, so look for Watford's up-and-down season to continue with a home draw against the Potters.

Prediction: Watford 1-1 Stoke City

Arsenal have drawn two and lost one of their six matches at the Emirates so far, so their home form is a bit dicey. Then, there's the specter of the dreaded November slump that always seems to haunt the Gunners. And last week's narrow draw against Manchester United could be seen as a positive or a negative, depending on who you ask. All this is to say that the Gunners are tough to figure out. Even so, they should have the strength to handle Bournemouth at the Emirates. The Cherries aren't walkovers, though, so it should be an entertaining match. Will Arsene Wenger give Olivier Giroud a chance to start up top? We'll see.

Prediction: Arsenal 2-0 Bournemouth

How will Ronald Koeman be welcomed back at Saint Mary's? Probably pretty coldly. The Saints fans will be raucous in their former manager's return and will desperate to see him leave the park empty-handed. That'll be up to the players, though. The Saints have scored just two goals total in their past four matches, a dry spell they'll need to end to get over on Everton. Both sides are coming off draws and should be gung-ho to try and both collect the full spoils. The energy at Saint Mary's will be electric, and perhaps provide Southampton the extra push needed to earn a win.

Prediction: Southampton 1-0 Everton

Man U probably should have beaten Arsenal last week, but they let it slip. Old Trafford is desperate for a big win, and maybe the Red Devils can snag one on Sunday. West Ham can't catch a break, and nobody is expecting Jose Mourinho and United to give them one. It's not a must-win for United, but losing or even drawing would be a major confidence blow. The Red Devils have looked strong lately, and look for them to finally flex their high-priced arms against the Hammers.

Prediction: Manchester United 3-0 West Ham United
