Week 9 belonged to Schrager, who led the way with a 10-3 effort. WhatIf came in second at 9-4. Overall leader Andrew went 8-5 to add two games of separation from his nearest competitor. He’s back up by four games as we’ve officially passed the halfway point of the regular season.
We move on to Week 10, highlighted by a couple mammoth games â the Cowboys travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers on FOX (and FS GO) and the Patriots host the Seahawks on Sunday Night Football.
Locks of the Week: The league’s increasing parity, good or bad, is cutting down on the weekly locks. This week, the only unanimous selections are the Redskins at home against the imploding Vikings and the Cardinals at home against the punchless 49ers.
Bold Choice of the Week: When and if the Browns ever get their first win of the season, Chase is determined to nail it. He was the lone panelist to pick 0-9 Cleveland over Baltimore this week, his fifth straight pick of the Browns and seventh overall.
Surprise of the Week: On the heels of their loss in Oakland, only one picker (Dieter) likes the Broncos — still 6-3 defending champions and owners of the league’s fourth-best defense — to rebound against the 4-4 Saints in New Orleans.
