Former University of Tennessee linebacker Chris Weatherd posted a video on social media Wednesday morning that allegedly shows vandalism to his car involving racist vulgarity.
Weatherd showed his vehicle with writing on all of the windows (warning: NSFW):

The name of United States President-elect Donald Trump is seen in the video. Wes Rucker of GoVols247 reported the car was vandalized overnight after Trump was announced as the winner of the 2016 presidential election over Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
Euan McKirdy of CNN noted Trump’s victory has sparked starkly different reactions across the country ranging from celebrations to protests. While those gatherings continued deep into the night, there were no reports of widespread clashes between the opposing groups.
Clinton delivered a concession speech Wednesday, expressing hope that her supporters would accept the result, per Alexander Burns and Alan Rappeport of the New York Times.
“We owe him an open mind and a chance to lead,” she said.
Further information about the incident involving Weatherd wasn’t made immediately available. His Twitter biography lists his hometown as Knoxville, Tennessee, but it’s unclear if that’s where he was at the time of the vandalism.
Weatherd, who urged people to vote for Clinton on Tuesday, spent the previous two seasons with the Volunteers. He registered 21 total tackles and 3.5 sacks across 14 games for the program.
