Brock Lesnar’s fate, at least in the hands of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, won’t be decided any time soon. The former UFC heavyweight champion and current WWE superstar has asked for more time in regards to his anti-doping violation, according to Brett Okamoto of ESPN:
Brock Lesnar has requested a continuance on his Nov. 10 NSAC. His attorney told NSAC he is still in the process of testing a foot cream.

Lesnar returned to the Octagon for the first time in over five years at UFC 200 in July, defeating Mark Hunt by unanimous decision. He failed two drug tests though – one that was collected before the fight, and his post-fight test. The results of the pre-fight test weren’t received until days after the fight. He tested positive for clomiphene, an anti-estrogen agent.
His lawyer, who also represents Jon Jones in his doping case, believes that the foot cream or an eye medication may have caused the positive test. USADA is working with him to conduct the tests on the substances, but the results won’t be back before the day of the hearing. Hence the request for a continuance.
If granted, it’s likely his case will be heard on December 15th instead.
