Perfect 10s
Kyle Busch won Saturday night's XFINITY Series race at Phoenix International Raceway, scoring his 10th career win in the series at the track and also his 10th series win of the season — even though he only runs in it part-time. Here he celebrates in Victory Lane with his wife, Samantha.

Hello, wall
Sparks fly from the rear of the No. 88 JR Motorsports Chevrolet of Alex Bowman after he cut a tire on Lap 55 of the 200-lap race.
One hot ride
Bowman's car bursts into flames on the right side after slamming into the wall hard because of the cut tire.
Going, going Gaughan
Brendan Gaughan's hopes for advancing into the Championship 4 at Homestead-Miami Speedway ended when he hit the wall hard mid-race. He was one of four Round of 8 Chase drivers eliminated.
Bubba wiped out
Another Chase driver, Darrell “Bubba” Wallace Jr., was eliminated from title contention when fellow Chaser Blake Koch wrecked him with 52 laps to go.
Koch also eliminated
Despite going on to finish eighth in the race, Koch also was eliminated from the Chase.

Reed out, too
The fourth and final Chaser who did not make the cut to race for the title at Homestead was Ryan Reed, even though he finished a solid sixth in his No. 16 Ford.
On to Homestead
Erik Jones did what he needed to do to make the Championship 4, where he will be a favorite if his No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing team can eliminate pit-road mistakes.

Allgaier advances
Justin Allgaier had a solid night, although he fretted about possibly running out of gas down the stretch. He held on to finish fourth and is one of two JR Motorsports drivers to advance.

Elliott in, but …
Elliott Sadler came into the night with the biggest Chase points cushion and ended it 10 points to the good. But then NASCAR officials noticed two loose lug nuts on his right-rear wheel, ultimately saying the rulebook dictates that means a “large fine and a crew-chief suspension of one week.”

No Meendering
So Sadler, the XFINITY Series points leader since the end of July and throughout the Chase playoffs thus far, will now race for the championship without his usual crew chief, Kevin Meendering (left). A subsitute has not yet been named for his No. 1 JR Motorsports team.

Kyle Busch ended up leading 190 of 200 laps in his No. 18 JGR Toyota, dominating the night if not the storylines of the race.
