There's only one matchday left in the Champions League group stage, and tickets to the round of 16 are running low. Thus far, 12 teams have already booked passage to the knockout stage, either as group winners or the runners-up. Here's a look at the teams that have made it, and whether or not they have a shot at earning a seed for the round of 16.

Arsenal
Arsenal are through to the second round with an outside chance of winning Group A. They're tied with PSG with 11 points, but the French hold the tiebreak advantage on away goals in their head-to-head matchups after the 2-2 draw in London. Arsenal will take on Basel on the final matchday.

Atletico Madrid
Despite the presence of Bayern Munich, Atletico emerged as group winners. It was a very beatable group with Rostov and PSV as the other members, but Atletico did one better by snagging a win against Bayern. With a six-point lead going into the final matchday, Atletico can just chill knowing they've got Group D locked up.

Barcelona
Group C is loaded with quality, but the cream that is Barcelona rose to the top. They've clinched the No. 1 spot ahead of Man City, and the Catalans' final group stage match against Gladbach will be nothing more than a formality.

Bayer Leverkusen
Group E turned out to be quite a mess, as Tottenham, Bayer Leverkusen and Monaco all traded blows along with CSKA Moscow. The Germans did enough to secure passage to the next stage, but their dreams of winning the group are over.

Bayern Munich
It's not the end of the world, but Bayern are stuck settling for second place in Group D. They'll definitely be a team the group winners will want to avoid in the K.O. stage, but finishing first has to be an unfamiliar feeling for the Bavarians.

Borussia Dortmund
Dortmund have been on absolute fire lately and that form has earned them the right to battle for the top spot in Group F. Mighty Real Madrid are nipping at their heels down two points, and wouldn't you know it? Those two square off in the final match day. Popcorn time!

Juventus
Juventus made a big statement reclaiming the top spot from Sevilla on the penultimate matchday, and it's up to them to hang onto it. Sevilla are a point back, but Juve get to take on Group H bottom-dwellers Dinamo Zagreb on the final matchday.

Leicester City
The team that loves to make unexpected runs, Leicester City defied all expectations by becoming the first (and only, so far) English team to clinch the top spot in their group. They face second-placed Porto next, but the Portuguese side can't make up the five-point difference, anyway.

Manchester City
It was never going to be easy to win a group that also featured Barcelona, so it's not a huge shock that City settled for second. The Citizens will get a get a chance to let off some steam against Celtic on the final matchday.

Monaco
Arguably the biggest surprise of the group stage, Monaco beat out both Bayer Leverkusen and Tottenham to win Group E. Tottenham are toast and no longer in the discussion, and Bayer can't catch Monaco on the final matchday. Good times in the French Riviera.

Paris St. Germain
PSG are in the driver's seat to win their group, as they have the tiebreak advantage over Arsenal. Ludogorets are next for PSG, so the Parisians should grab the full complement of points and clinch Group A. Crazier things have happened, though …

Real Madrid
Los Blancos face a bit of an uphill battle to win Group F. They're currently second and down two points to the group leaders, Dortmund. A win at home would be enough to leapfrog the Germans. December 7's battle at the Santiago Bernabeu should be a doozy.
